This young woman was displeased with the size of her breasts. We used sizers and the Vectra to choose implants that fulfilled her expectations. We used Mentor 500 cc Moderate Plus gel implants with biplanar placement through a periareolar approach. She was pleased. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D.
