This patient came to see me to replace a broken saline breast implant placed by another surgeon. These were 325 cc Siltex implants which were replaced by Mentor smooth gel 400 implants. We used her existing inframammary incisions. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
