This 30 year old wanted large breasts. We performed an endoscopic transaxillary subpectoral augmentation with Allergan style 68 saline implants 550 cc. The right was filled to 580 cc, the left to 560 cc. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
