This 33 year old wanted to restore the shape of her breasts following childbirth. Because of her narrow chest, we chose high profile implants. She wanted a transaxillaty approach. The implants were Allergan style 68HP 400 cc, filled to 415 cc. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
