This patient had previous breast augmentation but was disatisfied. The prior implants were saline and not large enough. She wanted more as well as improved shape. The prior implants were about 350 cc, she wanted nearly 200 cc more as determined by sizers. so based on existing asymmetry as well as operative findings, we placed Allergan Natrelle implants with SSM-520 to get the best results. She was happy with the results.
