This woman presented to me wanting to change the shape of her breasts without increasing her size. We discussed options and decided that an anchor lift would work best. She also has additional fat in her armpits and this was removed with liposuction. A total of about 300 cc of fat was removed in total. Her recovery was unremarkable and she was pleased.
