This 29 year old wanted to have larger breasts through a transaxillary approach. We used Allergan 330 cc saline implants filling the right one to 360cc and the left to 330 cc. This was done with a transaxillary endoscopic subpectoral placement. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeron Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
