This woman spent many years wanting really large breasts. She had several prior operations, eventually getting 1000 cc European market implants. She was complaining of pain from the implants and wanted something smaller. But not too small. We settled on Allergan Style 410 740cc. Her symmastia required capsulorrhaphy with Strattice reinforcement. She also had partial capsulectomy. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
