This 26 year old woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She wanted about 375 cc of volume per side. Because of her stature, we chose high profile implants. We perormed a transaxillary endocsopic subpectoral augmentation with Allergan 20-375 implants. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeron Peter D.
