This 67 year old woman wanted to look younger. After careful consideration of her anatomy and desires, we came up with a plan. We performed an endoscolpic Brow Lift, a SMAS facelift with division and overlay in different directions (variation of Baker's technique), open neck lift with platismaplasty and transverse division, and a pinch lower blepharoplasty.  Afterwards, she looks younger and is so happy with the result.
