This 55 year old woman was unhappy with the appearance of her face. She felt that she looked old. We performed an endoscopic browlift, a SMAS facelift, a lower blepharoplasty, an open necklift with platysmaplasty, and fat transfer to the lips. She had an uneventful recovery and was very pleased with her more youthful look after her surgery.
