Complex Breast Augmentation #23358

This woman had a breast reduction when she was a teenager. Nearly twenty years, weight flucuations, and childbirth followed. She now wanted some volume back. Sizing was performed with the mentor sizing system and we performed three dimentional photographic simulation to pick the best implants to suit her plans. We used Mentor silicone MPP implants, 425 cc for the right and 400 cc for the left. We had no records from her prior surgery so we chose an offset inframammary approach for safety.
