This 44 year old woman came to me complaining of capsular contracture 16 years following subglandular breast augmentation with Meme 220 cc implants.  During a single operation, we removed the implants with total capsulectomies, restored the original anatomy and placed Mentor smooth implants into subpectoral pockets right 350 cc, left 325cc.
