Many years ago this patient had saline implants placed in a subglandular plane by another surgeon. She developed contour changes and capsular contracture and wanted them  replaced. In light of the need capsulectomies and her preference for subglandular placement, we elected to use anatomic shaped cohesive gel implants. She wanted to be somewhat bigger so, based on anatomic measurements and her prefered increase in size, we placed Allergan style 410 implants FX 410495 for the right, and FX 410450 for the left.
