This woman wanted really large breasts for many years. She had several prior operations, eventually getting 1000 cc European market implants. She was complaining of pain from the implants and wanted something smaller. But not too small. We settled on Allergan Style 410 740cc. Her symmastia required capsulorrhaphy with Strattice reinforcement. She also had partial capsulectomy. Complex Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D.
