34 year old patient with breast involution following pregnancy.  She elected to undergo a periareolar subpectoral augmentation using Mentor saline 325 cc to 350 cc. Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
