This patient wanted to restore her breast shape and increase her size following pregnancy and child birth. Sizing was erformed with the use of shaped sizers and verified with three dimensional photographic simulation (Vectra). I perormed a vertical mastopexy and augmentation with Allergan Natrelle implants SSM-445. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased.
