This woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts. Using implant sizers, we determined the best volume for her breasts. Using an endoscopic transaxillary technique, we created a biplanar subpectoral space and employed Allergan Natrelle style 68-270 implants; the right implant was filled to 270 cc and the left to 260 cc. She was pleased with her breast augmenation.
