Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 400cc #23582

This woman wanted larger breasts. We used sizers to help her to determine the volume she wanted and confirmed this using three-dimensional photographic simulation. We used an inframammary incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket. We placed Allergan Natrelle implants SRM-445. Six months post-op, she is pleased after her breast augmentation.
