This woman wanted to larger breasts. We used sizers to help her to determine the volume she wanted and confirmed this using three dimensional photographic simulation. We used an inframammary incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket. We placed Allergan Natrelle implants SRM-445. Six months post op, she is pleased after her breast augmentation.
