This woman experienced breast involution with weight loss. I recommended a breast lift at the same time as her breast augmentation. She selected her implant volume using sizers. She also wanted to use saline implants which would allow us to correct her mild asymmetry with differential fill of her implants. We performed a biplanar subpectoral breast augmenation with Allergan Natrelle implants style 68-360, The right breast implant was filled to 360 cc and the left implant was filled to 390 cc. We then performed a vertical mastopexy to complete the surgey. She is very happy with the results.
