Endoscopic Transaxillary Breast Augmentation 400 cc #23570

This woman wanted a breast augmentation to increase the size of her breasts. She selected the size with implant sizers and we verified it with the Vectra three-dimensional photographic system.  She elected to use an axillary incision as shown on the last row of photos. We performed an endoscopic transaxillary technique to place Mentor Moderate Profile Plus 450 cc implants in a biplanar subpectoral position. She was very pleased with the results of her breast augmentation.
