Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 400 cc #23568

This woman experienced involution of her breasts and wanted to enlarge them. She selected the ultimate volume of her implants and we adjusted them to correct her mild asymmetry. We used a periareolar incision to place her implants in a biplanar subpectoral position We used Allergan Natrelle style 20 gel implants; 400 cc for the left breast and 425 cc for the right. She is so happy with her decision to undergo breast augmentation.
