transaxillary endoscopic 300cc

transaxillary endoscopic 300cc
This patient wanted a breast augmentation. She had very small nipple areolar complexes with a mild vertical difference. Augmentation usually amplifies any asymmetry but when offered the option of raising the right areola, she declined. We placed Mentor 325 cc moderate plus profile implants through a transaxillary endoscopic approach. The nipple asymmetry exists, as predicted, but the overall effect is pleasing.
