This young woman wanted a breast augmentation. She had a very narrow chest with breast volume asymmetry. We performed sizing as well as three dimensional photographic imaging. We chose Mentor high profile smooth implants; 325 cc for the right and 400 cc for the left. She requested an inframammary approach.
