After
Periareolar Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 400cc

This woman wanted a breast augmentation without consideration of mastopexy and insisted on saline. She chose the relative size with the use of implant sizers and we confirmed this with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. Considering her desired size and body measurements, I recommended the Ideal implant. We used a periareolar incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket and used Ideal 405 implants, filling the right to 455 cc and the  left to 430 cc. Her breast augmenation procedure went well and she's thrilled with her appearance.
