Before
Biplanar Subpectoral Beeast Augmentation 450 cc
After
Biplanar Subpectoral Beeast Augmentation 450 cc
This woman came to me wanting a breast augmentation. Her physical examination suggested that a breast lift could be a good option, but we wanted to avoid it if possible. We proceeded with a breast augmenatation through an inframammary approach with biplanar subpectoral placemant. Mentor Moderate Plus gel implants were used; 500cc on the left and 475 cc on the right. She was pleased with her augmentation and has not sought a mastopexy.
