Biplanar Subpectoral with Unilateral Augmentation 250cc
Before
Biplanar Subpectoral with Unilateral Augmentation 250cc
After
Biplanar Subpectoral with Unilateral Augmentation 250cc
This woman came to me with very asymmetric breasts. We discussed potential options. Due to the size dissparity and the limitations of unilateral augemntation, I proposed unilateral breast reduction with simultaneous bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation. We romoved 260 grams from the right breast with an anchor technique to match the oposite side and placed Allergan Natrelle Inspira implants SRM-275. She recovered well and remains pleased with the outcome.
