This patient wanted to restore her breast appearance. Volume was determined by the use of sizers and refined with Vectra photographic simulation. She chose Allergan Natrelle Inspira Breast implants SRF-415. The aproach was inframammary and placement was biplanar subpectoral. She was pleased with the outcome.
