This woman presented to me wanting a breast aumentation. She preferred saline implants and I felt that a transaxillary incision would work best. We Chose Ideal implants. To accomidate her asymmetry, we used different sizes of implants. For the right, we used a size 335 cc with a total fill of 350cc. For the left breast we used a size 270cc implant with a total fill of 285 cc. Se is pleased with the outcome.
