This woman desired larger breasts. We used sizers to determine her volume increase and Vectra photography simulation to fine tune the implant choice. We used an inframammary incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket. Her implants were Allergan Natrelle Aspira implants SSF-415. She is peased with her breast augmentation.
