This woman presented to me with the desire to improve the appearance of her breasts. She wanted more volume and we determined the expected size increase with sizers. We then used the Vectra photographic system to help plan her best outcome. In this case, we performed a vertial mastopexy. Her implants were Allergan Natrelle Inspira implants SSM-520. She wes pleased with the outcome.
