This woman wanted to reduce her symptoms of breast hypertrophy. I recommended a breast reduction. We chose an anchor technique due to the volume of breast tissue and excess skin to be removed. 1078 grams of tissue was removed from the right breast and 1179 grams from the left. The nipple areolar complex was transposed through a central inferior technique. She is pleased and symptoms are much better.
