This woman came to me with complaints consistent with breast hypertrophy. She was mildly asymmetric. We performed a breast reduction with a central-inferior pedicle using an anchor skin pattern. Her right breast yielded 502 grams  and her left breast yilded 547 grams of excess tissue. She was pleased with the outcome.
