This patient presented to me with breast asymmetry. She wanted the larger right breast to look more like her left breast. We used Vaser liposuvtion to reduce the fat of her right breast by about 50 cc. The shope change was performed by a vertical mastopexy. Breast Lift performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
