This woman comes to me wanting beter looking and larger breasts. She chose her volume with implant sizers. Based on her chest and breast dimentions, we felt that Mentor Moderate Profile Plus implants would work best. She had a strong aversion to scars and wanted to limit her scars as uch as possible. We performed a concentric mastopexy with 450 cc implants. She was pleased with he outcome.
