Breast Lift: Patient 40

Before
Breast Lift: Patient 40

After
Breast Lift: Patient 40

This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She felt that they were too low and lacked superior fullness. Mastopexy would likely not add fullness to the superior aspect of her breast so small implants were suggested. She also had asymmetry in terms of volume. We chose the volume with the aid of sizers and further planned the operation using the Vectra photographic simulator. A vertical mastopxy would likely result in long breasts so a narrow transverse excision of skin was used. Implants were placed throught he mastopexy incisions using Allergan Anspira implants SRLP to povide volume and adequate width. The right side volume wa250 cc, the left side was 205cc.
