This patient came to me wanting a breast augmentation. She showed low volume and ptosis. We used breast implant sizers to determine her desired size and the Vectra three-dimensional photographic system to give her an idea of how a breast lift could look. Simply performing a breast augmentation would result in a poor outcome. We performed a bilateral biplanar breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle soft touch implants SSM-375 along with a vertical mastopexy. Her recovery was uneventful, and she was pleased.
