This patient came to me wanting to restore the volume of her breasts following pregnancy and breast feeding; and a little more. She wanted to look professional but also asked to have fullness in the upper portion of her breast. She is tall and has a relatively broad chest. Based on the volume she chose with the use of sizers, I recommended Allergan Natrelle breast implants with a low plus profile. This adds width which translates into height and creates a natural look. We verified the breast implant choice with three dimensional photographic simulation.

The surgery went well and she has gone on to get the breasts that she wanted.
