This is a patient who came to me with mildly asymmetric breasts and the desire for gel breast implants with an axillary incision. She chose her size with sizers and we fine tumed this with three dimensional photographic simulation. We used a transaxillary approach to place Natrelle Aspire implants in a subpectoral pocket. R implant SSM-330; Left implant SSM-310. She was pleased.
