This woman wanted to increase the size of her breasts. She chose the volume of her breasts with sizers. We then used the Vectra Photographis system to fine tune the implant selection. I recommended the periareolar approach to allow more lower pole disection control. We positioned Allergan Natrelle implants SRM-445 in a subpectoral biplanar position.
