Subpectoral Breast Agmentation 350cc #23536

This woman had involutional changes of her breasts due to pregnancy and breast feeding. She wanted more volume but was adamant that she wanted superior fullness and no lift. The approximate size was determined by the use of sizers and visualization was performed with a Vectra three dimensional photographic system. We additionally found that she showed about 50 cc of asymmetry. We used Mentor Memory shape implants TM+, 350cc on the right and 395 cc on the left. She was pleased with the result.
