This young woman wanted to enlarge the size of her breasts. We determined her preference with sizers. We performed an endoscopic transaxillary subpectoral augmentation with saline Mentor implants. They were size 275 cc, with the right filled to 275 cc and the left to 305 cc. Breast augmentation is performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook.
