This 34 year old wanted to increase the size of her breasts. The problem was that she had chest wall abnormalities and wanted an axillary approach because of her tendency to scar poorly.  With very careful presurgical planning, she chose her breast volumes.  She had axillary subpectoral endoscopic augmentation using smooth Allergan saline implants.
