Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation with Unilateral Mastopexy 400cc
This young woman came to me wanting larger breasts. She demonstrated marked asymmetry of volume and shape. She wanted both breasts to be bigger. Various options were discussed, but she wanted to retain her natural breast tissue realizing that some asymmetry would likely occur as determined by weight fluxuation and pregnancy. So using breast sizers and confirming the volumes with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system, we elected to place Allergan Natrelle Soft Touch implants; SSM-445 to the left, and SSM-295 to the right. These were placed in a biplanar subpectoral pocket. We also performed a right sided vertical mastopexy to match the shapes of her breasts. She was pleased with the breast augmentation.
