After
Endocsopic Transaxillary Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation 250cc
This patient wanted a breast augmentation with the most discrete incision possible. She selected the size of her desired look using implant sizers. She showed mild asymmetry but since she wanted saline implants, we could correct that with differential fill. We made an axillary incision and developed a biplanar subpectoral space using the endoscope. We used Allergan Natrelle implants style 68-270 implants. The right implant was filled to 300 cc and the left to 270 cc. She was happy with her new look.
