This patient came to me wanting a breast augmentation through discrete incisions. She selected her implant volume with the use of sizers and we comfirmed it using the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. She showed subtle volume differences. We used an axilary endoscopic approach to place Allergen Soft Touch implants in a biplanar subpectoral position. We used an SSM-330 on the right and an SSM-345 on the left. She's more confident about her looks after the procedure.
