This patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts with the most inconspicuous scar possible. She chose her volume with the aid of implant sizers. We verified this with the Axis 3 three dimensional photographic system. We utilized an endoscopic transaxillary incision to create a biplanar subpectoral pocket and used Allergen Natrelle Style 20-475 implants. She was happy with the outcome.
