The is a massive weight loss patient who over a series of 6 years underwent several procedures by me including breast lift with implants, abdominoplasty, fat transfe to the buttocks, liposuction, brachioplasty and thigh lift. She chose the volume woth breast implant sizers and we verified this with the Axis 3 three dimentional photographic system. We Placed Allergan style 15-421 implants in a biplanar position with a vertical maastopexy. She was pleased witg the outcome.
