Biplanar Subpectoral with repositioning of the implant 450 cc #23564

This patient came to me after having undergone a submuscular placement of saline implants years ago by another surgeon. She wanted to be bigger but her real problem was the lateralization of her implants as demonstrsted by the lowest pictures. We determined how much bigger she wanted to be and planned to use very high profile implants after first reefing the lateral pocket and releasing medically. She  was very pleased with the outcome. We replaced Mentor implants moderate proble saline, 350 cc on the right and 325 cc on the left with Aergan Natrelle implants style 45-460.
