Biplanar subpectoral breast augmentation with concentric mastopexy 400cc #23562

This woman comes to me wanting better looking and larger breasts. She picked her volume with implant sizers. Based on her chest and breast dimentions, we felt that Mentor Moderate Profile Plus implants would work best. She had a strong aversion to scars and wanted to  limit scarring as much as possible. We performed a concentric mastopexy with 450 cc implants. She was pleased with the outcome of her breast augmentation and feels more confident in a bikini at the beach and in a low cut dress on date night.
